Arsenal star wins PFA Player of the Month Award again
Arsenal star Mesut Ozil has been named as the PFA Player of the Month for the second consecutive month.
Ozil scooped the November award after registering three assists and a goal and the German schemer continued his fine form throughout December.
The 27-year-old racked up an incredible five assists and a goal last month as we finished 2015 sitting top of the Premier League table.
Unsurprisingly, Ozil has now walked the PFA fans’ player of the month award after receiving 52.94% of the votes. Watford striker Odion Ighalo was runner-up with 24.78%.
Congratulations Mesut. It’s fully deserved as he’s been unplayable at times over the past few months. If he carries on his form, not only will Arsenal be in with a great shout of the title, but Ozil should be a shoe-in for the end of season awards.
