Confirmed line-ups: Crystal Palace vs Arsenal: Pepe & Elneny start
Arsenal need a win to keep our slim European qualification hopes alive when we take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park this evening.
The boss has recalled Nicolas Pepe in attack as he joins Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe in the Arsenal starting eleven. Martin Odegaard, Gabriel Martinelli and Willian are all named on the bench.
Alexandre Lacazette is also among the substitutes as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang leads the line up front once again. Granit Xhaka is back in the squad but he’s only fit enough for a place on the bench alongside Dani Ceballos so Mohamed Elneny starts alongside Thomas Partey.
Gabriel keeps his place alongside Rob Holding so Pablo Mari drops out. Kieran Tierney keeps his place on the left while Calum Chambers starts at right-back with Hector Bellerin ruled out with a leg injury.
These are the teams for the game:
Crystal Palace
Guaita, Ward, Cahill, Tomkins, Mitchell, McCarthy, Kouyate, Schlupp, Townsend, Benteke, Zaha
Subs: Butland, van Aanholt, Ayew, Mateta, Clyne, Batshuayi, Kelly, Rak-Sakyi, Riedewald
Arsenal
Leno; Chambers, Holding, Gabriel, Tierney; Partey, Elneny; Saka, Smith Rowe, Pepe; Aubameyang
Subs: Ryan, Cedric, Mari, Xhaka, Ceballos, Odegaard, Willian, Lacazette, Martinelli.
