Arsenal take on arch-rivals Tottenham Hotspur today knowing a win will see us move eight points clear at the top of the Premier League table.
Mikel Arteta has made plenty of changes from the side that beat Oxford United in the FA Cup last time out with No.1 goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale returning between the sticks. Matt Turner makes way.
Oleksandr Zinchneko is recalled to start at left-back ahead of Kieran Tierney while Ben White comes in for Takehiro Tomiyasu at right-back for Arsenal this afternoon. William Saliba was rested in the FA Cup but he returns to resurrect his partnership with Gabriel at the heart of defence.
Thomas Partey was given a breather against Oxford but he’s recalled along with Granit Xhaka to start against Tottenham today. Martin Odegaard is also back to captain Arsenal meaning Fabio Vieira, Albert Sambi Lokonga and Mo Elneny drop out.
In attack Bukayo Saka is fit to start after recovering from a knock while Gabriel Martinelli and Eddie Nketiah both keep their places. Emile Smith Rowe is an option from the bench after returning to fitness recently.
