Arsenal predicted line-up against Luton Town
Arsenal will be travelling to Kenilworth Road to face off against Luton Town in the Premier League on Tuesday evening.
The Gunners will be coming into this game off the back of a 2-1 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers. Mikel Arteta’s side displayed a promising performance versus the Wolves and found themselves two goals ahead in the first half.
But they had to endure a scary ending to the game after Mathias Cunha scored one back late into the game. The North London club eventually managed to come away with all three points and following that victory, they keep hold of their place at the top of the league with 33 points from 14 games.
Expected Arsenal line-up vs Luton Town
David Raya is likely to keep hold of his place in goal for Arsenal so Aaron Ramsdale will have to settle for a place on the bench once again.
William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes should continue at the heart of the Gunners’ backline. So, Jakub Kiwior could remain on the periphery for this fixture. Jurrien Timber isn’t in contention to feature tomorrow due to a serious knee issue.
Takehiro Tomiyasu sustained a knock last time out so he is in doubt ahead of this encounter. So, if he can’t recover in time then Ben White is expected to start in the right-back position. Oleksandr Zinchenko could continue on the opposite side.
Thomas Partey and Fabio Vieira remain sidelined owing to their respective injuries so Declan Rice may start in the deep-lying playmaker position. So, Jorginho will have to settle for a place on the bench.
Kai Havertz could return after starting on the bench last time out, while Martin Odegaard should continue in the attacking midfield position for Arsenal. In that case, Leandro Trossard will go back to the bench despite displaying a promising performance against Wolves. Emile Smith Rowe is unavailable for selection due to his injury.
Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka are expected to commence on the flanks once again. So, Reiss Nelson will have to make do with a place on the bench. Gabriel Jesus should be leading the line for Arsenal in this encounter so Eddie Nketiah might be among the substitutes tomorrow.
