Confirmed line-ups: Arsenal vs Everton – Saka ruled out for Gunners
Arsenal are praying for a miracle as we hope a win over Everton in our final Premier League game of the season will be enough to win the title.
We head into today’s pivotal fixture sitting two points behind Man City with a superior goal difference. Therefore, Arsenal know they need a win over Everton and hope West Ham get something at the Etihad Stadium to wrestle the title away from City.
Mikel Arteta has been handed a major blow with the news that Bukayo Saka is ruled out with a muscle injury. Gabriel Martinelli is recalled to start on the right wing.
David Raya keeps his place in goal and he’ll be looking to secure another clean sheet having already won the Golden Glove. Ben White starts at right-back once again while William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes continue their rock solid partnership in the middle of Arsenal’s defence. Takehiro Tomiyasu keeps his place at left-back so Oleksandr Zinchenko remains on the bench.
Thomas Partey keeps his place in the holding role having forced his way back into the starting eleven recently. Declan Rice will be looking to wrap-up a hugely impressive first year at Arsenal as he starts alongside Martin Odegaard in the middle of the park.
Leandro Trossard keeps his place on the left flank having scored the winner against Man Utd last time out while Kai Havertz leads the line up front once again for Arsenal.
Gabriel Jesus has to make do with places on the bench but Arteta has plenty of attacking options to call upon if needed.
These are the line-ups:
Arsenal
