Arsenal ‘willing’ to make million-dollar bid to sign Endrick

By on February 20, 2025

Arsenal are reportedly preparing to make a million-dollar offer to sign Real Madrid star Endrick, as per Spanish outlet Fichajes.

The Brazilian joined the Spanish giants from Palmeiras last summer with the reputation of being one of the best young forwards in the world. However, he has found breaking into Los Blancos’s star-studded attacking department difficult, making only one star in the Champions League and La Liga.

Therefore, speculation surrounding his future has started emerging ahead of the upcoming summer window. Fichajes state that the South American could leave Estadio Santiago Bernabéu at the end of this season to play regularly and develop his career.

He could leave on loan or permanently. Arsenal have expressed their interest in him as they believe the youngster would be an ideal option to play in the Premier League.

Mikel Arteta’s side are even ‘willing’ to make a formal proposal worth around £50m to lure him away from the Spanish capital. Other clubs have also expressed their interest in hiring him but Arsenal are the ‘main candidate’ to get the deal done.

Endrick to Arsenal

Arsenal currently have Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus as the two centre-forward options. But, neither has managed to showcase enough consistency to prove that they can help the Gunners achieve their lofty ambitions. Now, both have sustained serious injuries and as a result, their season is over.

The North London club are said to be willing to sign a new prolific striker in the upcoming transfer window and have been linked with a plethora of names with Alexander Isak, Benjamin Sesko and Viktor Gyokeres being among them.

Endrick is a highly talented player and possesses the potential to become a world-class striker in future. Therefore, he would be a great coup for Arsenal with a view to the long-term future if they purchase him.

However, he is still just 18 and will need time to reach his full potential. Therefore, Endrick wouldn’t be able to help the North London club straightaway so they should sign a new seasoned striker as well even if they opt to go for the Brazilian.

It remains to be seen whether the North London club will eventually make a formal proposal to sign him next summer.
