Arsenal are set to take on PSV Eindhoven of the Eredivisie in the Last 16 of the Champions League and will be favourites to progress to the quarter-finals. The Gunners reached the showpiece final of the tournament back in 2006 but lost to Barcelona and Arteta will be determined to go all the way in the competition.

Having been knocked out of both domestic cup competitions and trailing Liverpool in the Premier League, this is likely the team’s last chance of silverware this campaign but it would take a monumental effort with the likes of Real Madrid, Inter Milan and Bayern Munich still in the mix. While many football fans will back Arsenal to defeat PSV home and away, there will be other clubs more fancied when it comes to winning the competition outright.
