Confirmed line-ups: Ipswich Town vs Arsenal – Trossard & Zinchenko start

Arsenal will be looking to cement their place in second position with a win over Ipswich Town at Portman Road this afternoon.

Having booked our place in the semi-final of the Champions League with a stunning 5-1 aggregate victory over Real Madrid – coupled with the fact Liverpool are 13 points clear at the top of the Premier League table – Arsenal’s focus is now on European glory.

However, we still have work to do domestically to ensure we don’t let second spot slip away as four clubs are now within just six points of us, so we need a win over Ipswich today to tighten our grip.

Mikel Arteta has made three changes from the side that beat Madrid in midweek with Ben White and Oleksandr Zinchenko coming in to the full-back positions. Jurrien Timber and Myles Lewis-Skelly drop to the bench.

David Raya keeps goal once again while Jacob Kiwior partners William Saliba in the middle of defence. Mikel Merino drops back into midfield alongside Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard with Thomas Partey rested.

Leandro Trossard is recalled to start in attack along with Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli.

These are the teams:

Arsenal
