The Hammers are among the clubs desperately trying to avoid the drop as they sit just three points above the relegation zone in 16th position. Bournemouth and Aston Villa are the two clubs below them as they are in real danger of dropping to the Championship along with Norwich.

Aston Villa will be facing off against Arsenal and West Ham while the Bournemouth will be meeting Southampton and Everton for their last two matches. Both clubs might need to ask for a miracle to avoid relegation.
