Confirmed line-ups: Arsenal vs Liverpool – Saka & Xhaka out, Ceballos starts
Arsenal desperately need a win when we take on Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium tonight.
We’ve bene handed a triple blow with Bukayo Saka, Granit Xhaka and David Luiz all ruled out of the game. Saka is missing with a thigh injury, Luiz has a knee problem and Xhaka is ill.
Dani Ceballos comes into the Arsenal midfield alongside Thomas Partey while Nicolas Pepe starts in the attack along with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Alexandre Lacazette keeps his place through the middle.
Mikel Arteta has also recalled Rob Holding to start alongside Gabriel in defence while Callum Chambers keeps his place at right-back. Kieran Tierney and Bernd Leno obviously keep their places in the starting eleven.
The Arsenal bench looks pretty weak but we do have Gabriel Martinelli and Willian to call upon along with Eddie Nketiah and Reiss Nelson.
As for Liverpool, they welcome Roberto Firmino back into the side as he starts in attack along with Mo Salah and Sadio Mane. James Milner gets a start in midfield with Gini Wijnaldum dropping to the bench.
