Arsenal welcome Crystal Palace to the Emirates Stadium tonight in the quarter finals of the Carabao Cup.

Mikel Arteta has rotated his squad but has still put-out a strong side for the game. Perhaps the biggest news is that Kieran Tierney starts his first game since August 2023 as the Scottish international comes in at left-back tonight.

David Raya keeps goal once again with Neto cap tied in the EFL Cup. Jacub Kiwior is recalled to start alongside Jurrien Timber in the middle of Arsenal’s defence meaning William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes are given a rest.

Thomas Partey starts at right-back but Declan Rice misses the game due to a knock that forced him off against Everton at the weekend. Jorginho is recalled to start in midfield alongside Mikel Merino.

Highly-rated youngster Ethan Nwaneri is given another chance to impress as he starts in midfield with Martin Odegaard rested.

Bukayo Saka is also handed a well earned rest with Raheem Sterling making a rare start on the wing. Leandro Trossard comes in for Gabriel Martinelli on the left flank.

Gabriel Jesus will be hoping to end his goal drought with the Brazilian international recalled to start up front for Arsenal this evening. Kai Havertz drops to the bench where he’s joined by Odegaard, Saka and Martinelli.
