“It’s A Dream Come True Joining Arsenal. Go Gunners!”
David Ospina completed his move to Arsenal earlier today and he’s described it as a ‘dream come true’.
The 25-year-old Colombian international joins from French outfit Nice for a fee in the region of £3m and has signed a long-term contract at the club.
Shortly after the deal was announced on Arsenal.com, Ospina took to his personal Twitter account to thank Nice for their support, say he’s fulfilled a dream by joining Arsenal and endeared himself to the Emirates faithful by signing off with ‘go Gunners’.

Merci Nissarts , Go Gunners

This roughly translates to:
On behalf of my me and my family, I want to thank you for your support. I want to share a cute story. Today is an important day in my career, a wonderful cycle with Nice closes and a dream is fulfilled at the Arsenal. Merci Nissarts, Go Gunners.
Ospina is now due to link up with his new team mates next week and is expected to make his debut against Benfica at the Emirates Cup next Saturday.
